How It Works / Instructions

Attend 1 class per week for 4 weeks.

Each class is limited to 10 students for a supportive, small group.

Classes are 2 hours long, online via Google Meet.

Missed a class? You can do one make-up class for free in any class that you are not currently attending or upgrade to a private session for $35. Make ups must be done within 30 days from missed class.

What You’ll Learn in the Cueing Lab

Cueing without demoing is one of the most powerful skills a yoga teacher can develop.
In this 4-week lab, you’ll learn to communicate with clarity and confidence — so your words move your students more than your body ever could.

This lab will help you:

• Find your authentic teaching voice — speak with ease and presence

• Make your classes more accessible — especially for visually impaired students

• Prevent burnout — so you can guide, not perform

• See your students more clearly — and respond to what’s actually happening in the room

• Receive real feedback — from fellow teachers in a supportive environment

• Gain true confidence — in your ability to teach without relying on demonstration

Whether you’ve been teaching for years or you’re still finding your rhythm, this lab will help you connect to your voice, your students, and your purpose as a teacher.
